What is your current delivery/shipping offer?

We offer FREE shipping to locations around Australia (some exclusions apply) and use a range of third-party couriers to get orders to customers in the quickest, most cost-effective way. There are some locations we can’t ship to or will incur a delivery fee. If you are in a regional or remote place, please get in touch before ordering so we can check if a courier service is available for your area. If we can ship to your location, we will!  We do not currently ship overseas.

How does your delivery work?

We use a variety of couriers to get your order to you in the most efficient and cost-effective way. Depending on the product and courier, a signature for delivery may be required.

Can I collect from your store?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer this as an option. 

Where do you ship from?

All products are shipped from Australia.  We have several warehouses and partners in different locations working with us.

When will I receive my delivery?

Couriers all have their own delivery timeframes. We’ll send you the delivery tracking details so you can track the progress of your order.

What if I change my mind after placing my order?

Please refer to our policy on Refunds and Returns.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Please inspect the items in your order and notify us within 24 hours if any products are damaged or if they’re not what you think you ordered. This gives us the best opportunity to resolve issues for you as quickly as possible. Please read the detailed information on this in our Refunds and Returns page.
